DIETITIANS FOCUSED ON WOMEN’S HEALTH

Everyday Nutrition

Who Are We?

Thanks for visiting the online home of Everyday Nutrition, LLC! We’re a general nutrition practice in the Denver area with an emphasis in hormone and digestive health.

We focus on women’s health issues such as PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), and help women naturally balance hormones through improved nutrition and lifestyle choices. Our passion is helping women get to the root cause of complex hormone imbalances and treating that cause, rather than merely masking symptoms.

The dietitians at Everyday Nutrition also specialize in solving irritating digestive issues and repairing food relationships through intuitive eating. We’ve helped clients manage chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and kidney issues, and achieve an overall improvement in nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Our practice has evolved to meet our clients where they are. We offer premium 1:1 packages and more affordable group programs. We see clients both in-person at our Denver office or virtually. Our courses & memberships offer entry-level resources to get you started toward success!

Owner & Registered Dietitian

Meet Tracy

Tracy Mann, MS, RD Building relationships is the primary reason why I serve my clients as a dietitian. I love digging deeper into health issues and really treating the “why” rather than masking symptoms. Over the course of my career I have worked with clients facing a number of health struggles, but recently I’ve discovered I have a passion for serving women with hormone issues, primarily PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). It is a condition that affects an estimated 1 in 10 women, is largely undiagnosed and is misunderstood by most health practitioners who often only treat the symptoms without addressing the root cause. This condition requires ongoing support to achieve and maintain hormonal balance, so building a relationship with my clients is of utmost importance in a long-term working relationship. In addition to PCOS, I use my knowledge of hormone balance to help women of all ages naturally manage PMS, acne, cycle health, fertility, and weight.

    Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

I became a dietitian once I learned how much of an impact I could make on an individual’s health by encouraging and guiding necessary nutrition changes. My passion shines through when I get to share my knowledge and bust common nutrition myths (like we don’t need a liver detox every year). I am a believer that a cupcake and cucumber can coexist, and that moderation is the key to balanced eating. My hope is that people are able to intuitively eat and understand the number on the scale does not define you nor does it measure your worth (throw away your scale). I am all about realistic goals that will last a lifetime.

I like to approach each person as a unique individual. There is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to our health. I am both a personal trainer and dietitian who takes a more holistic approach to your health. I am your advocate to help figure out the root cause and assist you on your way to living your own definition of a healthy, vibrant life. My approach is both intentional and intuitive. I teach you how to nourish your body, move more functionally, cultivate a loving relationship with your body, and so much more. I want to help you reach your fullest potential with your health so you can live your best life.

    Associate Registered Dietitian

I am motivated when I’m educating a client and see the light of understanding switch on. I strongly believe in individualized nutrition care for each person I meet with, as no one client is the same. I understand the struggle of wanting answers to health problems, only to leave a doctor’s office more confused. Because of this, I use a holistic approach, searching for the root cause and applying functional medicine and/or intuitive eating approaches when possible. Having PCOS, I especially love working with women facing this disease. I can assist with restrictive diets whether they are due to food allergies/intolerances or personal/religious beliefs, such as vegetarianism. I also have professional experience with weight loss and diabetes management.
